  • 22nd Ave from Washington Rd to 27th St (Reconstruction Project # 21-1030)
    During construction, northbound traffic will be maintained throughout the project limits while southbound traffic will be detoured using 18th Street, 30th Avenue and Washington Road.

  • 22nd Ave from 65th St to 60th St (Reconstruction Project # 21-1029)
    During construction, southbound traffic will be maintained throughout the project limits while northbound traffic will be detoured using 75th St, 30th Ave and 52nd St.

  • 23rd Ave from 75th St to 71st St (Resurfacing Project # 21-1041)
    73rd St from 24th Ave to 22nd Ave (Resurfacing Project # 21-1039)

  • 30th Ave from 52nd St to 40th St (Reconstruction Project # 20-1015)
    During construction, northbound traffic will be maintained throughout the project limits while southbound traffic will be detoured using Washington Rd, 39th Ave and 52nd St.
    Tentative Construction Start Date: April 2021
    Estimated Completion Date: Fall 2021

  • 60th St from Pershing Blvd to 41st Ave (Reconstruction Project # 21-1021)
    During construction, eastbound traffic will be maintained throughout the project limits while westbound traffic will be detoured using 39th Ave, 52nd St and Green Bay Rd.

    Estimated Completion Date: Fall 2021

The City of Kenosha Public Works Department has partnered with Quest Construction Data Network.

This is a web-based initiative that will deliver our construction project advertisements and bid documents to you in a more timely and cost effective manner.

Benefits of the electronic delivery of bid documents from QuestCDN include:

  • Bid documents can be previewed without cost. You can look over the plan drawings and specifications before deciding whether to download the bid documents.
  • Bid documents will be delivered in the Adobe PDF format so there is no software investment required, just the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program. You can print just the pages you need, helping to reduce paper waste. If addenda are issued, you will be automatically notified by e-mail to return to the web site to access them. Addenda may be downloaded without cost. Plan holder lists and project bid results will be available on the web site.

The Bidder's Proof of Responsibility must be submitted annually for each calendar year. Click here to access the application.

After bid opening, the results will be shown in the Bid Results tab for the corresponding year.
