Please complete the Wait List Change Form and either email to or print and drop off at the Kenosha Housing Authority, 625 52nd St, Room 98, Kenosha, WI 53140. An valid, government-issued, ID will be required to make any changes.
NOTE: Our office will always contact you by mail at the mailing address you provide. If we are unable to reach you by mail and/or you do not respond to mailed correspondence within allotted timeframe, your name will be removed from the waiting list without further notice.
