Department Overview:
     The Department of Administration, headed by the Mayor as Chief Executive of the City of Kenosha and the City Administrator who is the Chief Operating Officer of the City of Kenosha, coordinates activities of various departments to provide a clean, safe, and well- managed city in which to reside. City Administration is responsible for implementing policies established by Common Council.
