Annual Women's Empowerment Summit (7th Year). Event consists of Empowerment Speakers, singers, dancers, and vendors. Women sharing stories of trials and triumphs, prize giveaways, etc. Event is free to the public.

43rd Annual Kenosha YMCA Firecracker 5k/10k starts and finishes in Library Park. This course, just as it has been years prior, goes down 3rd, turns around 2nd, and finishes along the harbor.

A Catholic Mass with a Patriotic Rosary.

The Kenosha Civic Veterans Parade presented by Snap-on is a community tradition, celebrating Independence Day and remembering our veterans. The parade steps off at 1 p.m. at Washington Road and Seventh Avenue, and continues south through Sixth Avenue Downtown, ending at Library Park.

KPL Bookmobile stop with music and outdoor games.The Bookmobile will stop from 9:30-11:00 AM.

Weekly toddler, preschool, and family storytimes in the park outside of the Southwest Library.
