EVENT CATEGORY: City MeetingsJoin Santa and the Cutting Edge Figure Skating Club for some winter fun on the city's new ice rink at Veterans Memorial Park outside City Hall, 625 52nd St. The Buzz Cafe will host a pop-up hot chocolate stand with refreshments for sale from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Santa is expected to arrive at the rink at 12 noon, and will join people on the ice. At 1 p.m., members of the Cutting Edge Figure Skating Club will show their skills and provide tips for new skaters. Look for Mrs. Claus starting at 1 p.m., with a little treat for everyone. Free admission to the ice rink, but you will need to bring your own skates. Special thanks to Actor's Craft in downtown Kenosha and Dr. Ray Adamczyk for assisting with the event.
