    Keno Arts Spotlight begins at 12 p.m., followed by a performance by The Kids from Wisconsin at 2:30 p.m. with the theme, "Live! In Living Color." The performance art group features kids between the ages of 15-20.

    A slate of talented local artists perform a variety of musical genres each Tuesday in July and August at the Pennoyer Park bandshell. Free concerts are presented by the City of Kenosha, Happenings Magazine and Musicians Assisting Advancing Music (MAAM.)
