Go fly a kite at the Time to Fly Kite Festival, presented by the City of Kenosha, Gift of Wings and the Kenosha Parks Alliance. Free kites to the first 300 kids, fun science activities with Kenosha Unifed Schools, and a free raffle for children's bikes from the Kenosha Police.
