Live music fills multiple stages along the lakefront downtown. Specific times and location TBA. Admission is FREE.

Marching bands, floats, local dignitaries and more kick off the Independence Day celebration with a parade through the heart of the city. More than 10,000 spectators line the two-mile route, which begins at 22^nd Avenue and 63^rd Street in the Uptown district.

Get ready for the Fourth of July. Bring a bike or wagon to the park and decorate it for the holiday. The event ends with a parade around Roosevelt Park.

Live music entertains the crowd prior to the Festival Foods Fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Admission is FREE.

at HarborPark

The Mad Bomber pyrotechnics company promises another spectacular show on July 4 as the Festival Foods Fireworks light up the sky over the lakefront. Plan to arrive early in the day to stake out a premium spot with your blanket or lawn chairs. Fireworks are staged at Celebration Place east of the public museums on First Avenue. Pack a picnic or choose from a selection of hot, fresh food from local vendors. Admission is FREE.

Bring your lawn chair or blanket and prepare for a musical treat, with selections ranging from Broadway show tunes to popular hits. Admission is FREE.

The Kenosha Public Library hosts an afternoon of crafts at the Oribiletti Center at Lincoln Park. Bring any project you're working on. Tables, chairs and electricity are provided.
