The Navy Club Ship 40 of Kenosha is hosting a Memorail Day Celebration. There will be a passing of the colors, singing of the National Anthem, history event, flowers to harbor, ringing of the bell for lost shipmates, taps and honor gaurd.

Kenosha Public Market features fresh produce, agricultural products and horticultural products, along with sales of art and crafts. It provides a forum for performance art and food preparation and cooking demonstrations. The public is encouraged to attend.

Now in its 18th year of operation, Kenosha HarborMarket is an open-air, European-style, mixed market that operates year-round. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. During the summer months, Kenosha HarborMarket can be found in Downtown Kenosha, Wisconsin along Second Avenue between 54th and 56th Streets behind the Kenosha Public Museum and Civil War Museum and at Place de Douai near the Southport Marina.

Dedication of a tree, donated by Proko Funeral Home, by reading names of the deceased from the previous two years (skipped 2020 due to Covid-19) and family members place a shovel of mulch around the base of the tree.

Professional kite flying teams present demonstrations throughout the two-day event, sponsored by the City of Kenosha, with the Grand Launch at 12 noon. Food and merchandise is available for purchase. Fun activities for kids, including the Kids Mad Dash at 2 p.m., with free kites to the first 200 kids to sign up both days.
