During the summer months, Kenosha HarborMarket™ can be found in Downtown Kenosha, Wisconsin along 2nd Avenue between 54th and 56th Streets behind the Kenosha Public Museum and Civil War Museum and at Place de Douai near the Southport Marina.

High-flying kites fill the skies over Kennedy Park during this free, family event. Watch professional kite flyers perform their routines. Try out your own kite-flying skills during the Kids Mad Dash. Bring your own kite or purchase one at the festival.
