Miss Kenosha 2017 Kaitlyn Rhey invites kids to get "Into the Groove" and join her for an '80s-themed ice skating party from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday, Jan. 13 at the ice rink at Veterans Memorial Park outside City Hall, 625 52nd St. Skating is free but people need to bring their own skates.
