Teaching teens how to tie dye shirts. This library program is for ages 12-19 and will be registraiton based.

A slate of talented local artists perform a variety of musical genres each Tuesday in July and August at the Pennoyer Park bandshell. Free concerts are presented by the City of Kenosha, Happenings Magazine and Musicians Assisting Advancing Music (MAAM.)
