Free, public concerts take place at 6 p.m. every Tuesday, July 9 - August 27 at the Pennoyer Bandshell located at Seventh Avenue and Kennedy Drive. Supporting sponsors include: Miller Lite, Frank J. Parise Law Offices, TG's Restaurant and Pub, Molly's Loft, Faded Barbershop for Men, Union Park Tavern and CD-DVD-Games. Food and soft drinks are available for purchase at the concerts.

The band for July 23 is Tailspin Band, Kenosha's premier adult contemporary music ensemble. The band delivers a wide variety of music styles with classics such as "Sign, Sealed, Delivered," and contemporary music such as "Poker Face."
