A public hearing was held on the proposed agreement on August 23, 2017. At that time, comments were collectively received by the Common Council, the Village Board for the Village of Somers, and the Town Board for the Town of Paris. Pursuant to statutes, comments continued to be received for the twenty days following the hearing. Each of these three municipalities will be considering the comments and the agreement at their respective meetings.
