CITY DEPARTMENTS : PARKS : PICNICS & WEDDINGS

Picnic Reservations

Reservations for Parks (June 1 - September 30) are taken after January 1 of each year by calling the Public Works Department at 653-4080. Reservations should be made as soon as possible - no later than one week prior to the event. However, if you wait that long, chances are the date will probably be unavailable.

In order to reserve a park, we need the following information: your name, address, telephone number, the number of people in your group and whether or not you will serve free beer. No bands are allowed. A reserved park permit is regulated by a Park Use Agreement. Individual/organization must be in compliance with all Park Rules and Regulations. Payment of fees must be made at time of reservation.
