The KHA is a HUD approved Housing Counseling Agency providing homebuyer education training. Call the KHA office for information on training dates.

KHA provides funding for homebuyer education, downpayment grants and foreclosing assistance from recently acquired funding from the State of Wisconsin Department of Commerce. The funding is through the Housing Cost Reduction Initiative (HCRI) program. Families need to contact the KHA for further information regarding this program.
